Villain to Mentor: Becoming the Person Your Teen Turns to Instead of Fights Against

Remember when you thought parenting teens would be full of deep talks, laughter, and mutual respect? Yeah… turns out, they see you as the evil overlord of their existence instead. 🙃

But here’s the good news: You don’t have to be the villain in their story. In this fun and eye-opening workshop, you’ll learn how to shift from “annoying authority figure” to trusted mentor—without losing your boundaries (or your sanity).

What You’ll Learn:

✅ The Three Rules of a Mentor Mindset – How to guide instead of control

✅ How to Ask the Right Questions – Get them to actually open up (without prying)

✅ Why Boundaries & Connection Go Hand in Hand – Be firm AND keep the relationship strong

✅ The Science Behind Teen Brains – Understand what’s really going on in their heads

Why This Matters:

The teen years are a pivotal time where kids either turn toward their parents or away from them. If you want to stay in their circle of influence, you need a new approach—one that builds trust, fosters respect, and keeps your relationship strong long after they leave the house.

Join us for this game-changing workshop and discover how to stop being the bad guy and start being the person they actually want to talk to. 🦸‍♂️💡
